Register for the 2024 meeting

Advance registration is now closed. 

Anyone who did not yet register through the University system should fill out this registration form to indicate attendance, and the University credit card payment system will re-open later in the week to take last-minute bookings. 

Late registration may be available on the day of the conference but we cannot guarantee banquet space for day-of registrants. Reminder: Unregistered presenters will not be able to present their talk/poster and the associated abstracts will not be published following the meeting. 

Registration Fees

£250 Faculty/staff 

Your standard ticket includes entry to the conference, lunch and refreshments at the venue, entry to the Saturday evening banquet, and additional activities across the weekend.

£120 Students and postdocs

Your student/postdoc ticket includes entry to the conference, lunch and refreshments at the venue, entry to the Saturday evening banquet, and additional activities across the weekend.

£120 Single-day attendance

Your single day entry ticket includes entry to the conference, lunch and refreshments at the venue for either Friday or Saturday. This ticket does not include entry to the Saturday evening banquet.

£80 Banquet only

Your banquet ticket is only valid for entry to Saturday evening banquet. This ticket may be ideal for single-day attendees or companions to join us Saturday evening.
