Registration Details

• Speakers are required to register for the meeting

• If you are a Center for Visual Science (CVS) member you do not need to fill in an account number. Only non-CVS University personnel will need an account for billing purposes

• Methods of payment: Cash, check, or credit card. We do not have online payment available. All payments will be done in person at the symposium so please bring your form of payment with you.

• Foreign attendees who wish to pay by check or wire transfer, please contact Paula Losey (paula.losey@rochester.edu) for details.

• Fees are $200 for trainees and $300 for all others.

• One Frontiers in Optics (FiO) Overlap Day is included for Optica members only. Join Optica

• The registration fee includes the Thursday welcome reception at Flaum Eye Institute, the conference dinner on Saturday, and all meals and breaks during the meeting.

• Indicate on the form if you will need transportation to the Saturday conference dinner at George Eastman House so that we can coordinate rides.
